The Barker Institute and Parent Institute warmly invite any parents to join our webinar with sleep health expert, Lisa Maltman. Lisa is a previous Barker College parent. Her daughters are now 20 and 23. Lisa understands the challenges for parents trying to ensure their children gain optimal sleep, amongst all that the vibrant Barker community has on offer. Among the many tips she shares on her website, her key advice to parents is to assist your children with their time management, to ensure sufficient sleep is embedded into their routine and to have all phones and devices out of bedrooms overnight.
